We offer a wide selection of classes to suit all ages and abilities.
Aqua Fit - A 45 minute mixed ability aqua workout that incorporates water resistance exercise with some use of equipment.
Tomahawk – All Terrain - You can expect to be led on a journey cross country covering hills, slopes, bumps and flat roads. No two minutes will be the same as you twist and turn yourself through 45 minutes of mixed intensity work. (Studio Cycling)

NEW! Body Sculpt - This 60-minute body conditioning class will reach every part of you through a series of exercises easily picked up and performed with or without equipment. Using body weight, free weights and x-ertube you will not leave an area of your body untouched. A great resistance workout carried out to motivating music.
Boot Camp / Circuit Training - Prepare to be drilled, pushed and pulled through a series of exercises in a circuit format. The exercises will benefit you in strength, endurance and cardio conditioning. There is no room for cannot and will not, ifs and buts…. Put your head down and push your self to the limit under the watchful eyes of a physical training instructor. The workout concludes with a cool down and stretches.
Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga is the most popular branch of Yoga and from which a lot of the Styles of Yoga originated including Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. Hatha Yogis consider the body as the vehicle for the soul. They use Physical Poses or Asanas, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation in order to bring the body in perfect health and for more subtle spiritual elements of the mind to emerge freely.
Legs Bums and Tums - This 45 minute workout concentrates on exercises to challenge your lower body, using body weight; free weights, x-ertube and floor work in a low impact exercise class.
NEW! Junior Circuits - Aim to inspire children in a fun and motivating way, through fitness-based activities suitable for all levels of ability, children will be educated about the benefits of being active. Children can, through regular participation achieve personal success, physical fitness, health and social development. Creative and imaginative play is an important aspect of childhood and the Junior Circuit sessions incorporate the four basic components of fitness (aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility) through structured and controlled fitness activities.
Mat Pilates - Whether you want to tone your muscles, rehabilitate from an injury, or train for an athletic event, Mat Pilates will safely guide you in the right direction. The Pilates Method helps to lengthen and strengthen muscles while building a uniformly developed body. Pilates focuses on core strength—abdominals, gluteals, inner thighs—and practices moving from the “inside out.” It helps with posture, body alignment, breathing, control, balance, flow and strength. The mind works with the body to help realign movement patterns, and to work muscles properly and efficiently.
Body Pump - BODYPUMP® is a 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cooldown and stretch.
Body Combat - BODYCOMBAT® combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long
energetic routine. Music and choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.
