Advanced Bookings
We operate a booking system for the casual hire of our facilities, which can be made up to seven days in advance from 6.30am Mon-Fri and 8.30am Weekends.
Arrangements for Special Events or Block Bookings should be made through our Facility Hire Duty Manager
Cancellations
Following customer feedback we have made a change to or policy (see highlighted changes below)
Over recent months we have experienced a number of problems as a result of both members and non-members booking classes that they have then not subsequently attended or, where members and non-members are attending classes without having made a booking. This has inconvenienced other users who have not been able to book a class as it appears full.
To try to prevent this happening we are introducing a new booking and cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a booked class you must notify the centre no less than 2 hours prior to the class start time. Failure to do so will mean that a charge will be made.
In accordance with clause 6.3 of our Terms and Conditions, Isospa members who fail to attend pre-booked classes will be charged the full casual fee for the activity in question, unless notification of cancellation is received prior to the commencement of the class.
Cancellations can be made in person or contacting the centre by telephone 01296 488555.
Customers with payments outstanding will be placed on default until full payment is received. Further bookings will NOT be permitted until outstanding payments have been cleared.
In order to monitor the attendance of classes, please present your booking receipt to reception; if you have booked by phone or website please make reception aware that you have arrived. You will be issued with a token and you should present this to the class instructor.
We are introducing this procedure for the benefit and enjoyment of all our users; and will come into effect from Monday 27th February 06.
